A short walk along the riverside takes you straight to the breathtaking shores of Loch Lomond and Balloch Castle Country Park.

Activities locally include clay pigeon shooting, golfing, walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding, trekking and many water sports.

Our Oakbank Cottage bed and breakfast accommodation is located in Croftamie, near Drymen in Stirlingshire. This is also close to Loch Lomond. Croftamie is about 8 miles from Balloch. Being located on the West Highland Way it is a popular first night stop with walkers strating "the way" from Milngavie.
