Our Loch Lomond bed and breakfast accommodation is located in Croftamie, near Drymen in Stirlingshire. This is very close to Loch Lomond and about 8 miles from the large village of Balloch. Being located on the West Highland Way it is a popular first night stop with walkers starting "the way" from Milngavie.

Balloch is conveniently positioned at the main gateway to the highlands and islands. In the area there is for your enjoyment, clay pigeon shooting, golf, walking, cycling, coarse and game fishing, water sports, sailing, boat hire, shopping, transport, cash points and tourist information all within easy reach. There is also a cashpoint nearby in Drymen.
Besides Balloch and Drymen, there are several other villages nearby. These include Balmaha, Gartocharn, Blanefield, Strathblane, Killearn, Milngavie, Balfron and Buchlyvie.
Local Activities by Loch Lomond
Horse riding and pony trekking can be found just outside Balloch. There is also a choice of 10 different restaurants and hotels in the village.

Our Loch Lomond B and B is on a bus route to all the local villages & towns and the very picturesque village of Drymen is just along the road. Drymen has a selection of bars and restaurants, local shops and arts and crafts. The larger village of Balloch is about eight miles away down the east side of Loch Lomond. Balloch has many pubs, restaurants and outdoor activities including the Loch Lomond Shores development.
